Professional Boat Lift Service
Submerged Consultants provides professional boat lift service for waterfront property owners throughout Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Lee County, and surrounding Southwest Florida communities.
Whether your boat lift is used daily, weekly, or only a few times a month, routine service can help keep it operating safely and smoothly.
Our $150 boat lift service call includes a service technician coming to your property to inspect the lift, grease all moving parts, test the limit switches, complete an overall assessment of the lift’s condition, and diagnose any visible or reported issues. This service is designed to help identify problems early before they lead to bigger repairs or unsafe lift operation.
During the visit, our technician will look for common concerns such as worn cables, uneven lifting, noisy operation, loose hardware, switch issues, motor concerns, bunk alignment problems, and signs of general wear. After the inspection, Submerged Consultants will explain the condition of your boat lift and recommend the next steps.
The $150 service call does not include replacement parts or additional repair labor. If parts need to be ordered, replaced, or installed, those costs will be quoted separately before the repair is completed. This may include cables, switches, motors, pulleys, belts, remotes, hardware, bunks, guides, or other boat lift components.

General Boat Lift Maintenance
Regular boat lift maintenance helps protect your boat, your dock, and your waterfront investment. In Southwest Florida, boat lifts deal with salt air, moisture, heat, storms, and frequent use. Over time, these conditions can wear down cables, pulleys, motors, switches, bunks, hardware, and other moving parts.
A routine service visit can help catch small issues before they become larger problems. During general maintenance, a technician can inspect the lift, grease moving parts, test limit switches, check for uneven lifting, review cable condition, look for worn hardware, and identify signs of stress or damage.
Common boat lift maintenance concerns include:
- Dry or noisy moving parts
- Worn or fraying cables
- Uneven lifting
- Limit switch problems
- Loose hardware
- Motor or gearbox concerns
- Bunk alignment issues
- Pulley wear
- Remote or switch problems
- Rust, corrosion, or general wear
Even if your lift still works, regular maintenance can help improve safety and reliability. It can also help reduce unexpected breakdowns, especially before storm season or periods of heavy use.
For homeowners in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Lee County, a properly maintained boat lift can help protect your boat, reduce unexpected issues, and make your waterfront property easier to enjoy.
